Château La Croix de Millorit is located on the right bank of the Dordogne and Garonne Rivers, about 35 km north of Bordeaux, in the heart of the Côtes de Bourg appellation, which spans across 15 municipalities.

Locally known as the “Little Switzerland of Gironde”, this region is distinguished by its hilly topography, offering ideal conditions for viticulture. The terroir benefits from a temperate oceanic climate and a rich mix of clay-limestone, gravelly, and sandy soils.

The sloping hillsides provide excellent sun exposure, while the nearby rivers help regulate temperatures, creating a warmer microclimate that contributes to the ripening and balance of the grapes.

Our vineyard dates back to the late 19th century and now cultivates classic Bordeaux grape varieties such as Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec
