All wine sales are final.
Due to the nature of our products and applicable alcohol laws, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any wine purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your wine arrives damaged, leaking, or corked, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
To process a replacement or refund, we require:

We reserve the right to verify the damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.
